Lit­tle known fact — Mis­ter Rogers was instru­men­tal in the Uni­ver­sal vs. Beta­max trial. His tes­ti­mony about time shift­ing and how he would love the chil­dren to be able to watch his shows at dif­fer­ent times of day. It is believed that his tes­ti­mony made the extra supreme court jus­tice decide his view — a sin­gle vote some­times does mat­ter.
