I wish I could sleep more regulary and in a normal sleep pattern — somehow this has eluded me. I’ve stopped playing late night SWG — as this doesn’t help the issue. Tried taken melatonin — I might be adding chamomile tea to my regular late night regiment to get this whole sleep thing straightened out.
Get to look forward to Alumni band the next three weekends — practice next saturday, performance the saturday after that and the Woolybear parade the following Sunday.

The current episode of Lost I’m watching — and I’m still thinking this show jumped the shark a long time ago — is almost over and back to try to sleep.
