I wish I could sleep more reg­u­lary and in a nor­mal sleep pat­tern — some­how this has eluded me. I’ve stopped play­ing late night SWG — as this doesn’t help the issue. Tried taken mela­tonin — I might be adding chamomile tea to my reg­u­lar late night reg­i­ment to get this whole sleep thing straight­ened out.

Get to look for­ward to Alumni band the next three week­ends — prac­tice next sat­ur­day, per­for­mance the sat­ur­day after that and the Wooly­bear parade the fol­low­ing Sunday.

The cur­rent episode of Lost I’m watch­ing — and I’m still think­ing this show jumped the shark a long time ago — is almost over and back to try to sleep.
