The Saw Series is a rip-off

I was watching the show Alien Nation off the box set that I have, and the actor that plays Jigsaw in the Saw series is in an episode. The point of the episode is that he is a serial killer that makes people face death so they can go on living. Maybe it’s just typecasting.
