Before the 2001 elec­tions Rea­gan was voted the great­est pres­i­dent by Amer­i­cans in a Gallup Poll held in Feb 2001. In 1984 he won every sin­gle state except for Michi­gan and Wash­ing­ton DC. It’s of lit­tle con­se­quence, and I don’t really con­sider him the great­est for a num­ber of rea­sons but to the same token I think he was right about Ron Paul.
