Did you get spammed from a Corrine Marrero?

I sent out the following message in response to a strange email I got. If you received the same email please leave a comment below so I can do a bit more follow up on this.

I received the following email from said “Corrine Marrero”? I know this is “spam” but they aren’t selling anything and since I use gmail I don’t see any html or anything that could be issue so the spamminess is in question. Why I do ask is that “Corrine” addressed this email to createdomain11@yahoo.com and not me directly - I want to know if this is a mailing list relay that I and or anyone else who let’s me know they are not can be informed and I can contact yahoo to shutdown that address.
