I wish I could sleep more regularly and in a normal sleep pattern — somehow this has eluded me. I’ve stopped playing late-night SWG — as this doesn’t help the issue. Tried taking melatonin — I might be adding chamomile tea to my regular late-night regimen to get this whole sleep thing straightened out.
Get to look forward to the Alumni band the next three weekends — practice next Saturday, performance the Saturday after that, and the Woolybear parade the following Sunday.

The current episode of Lost I’m watching — and I’m still thinking this show jumped the shark a long time ago — is almost over and back to trying to sleep.
