Insomnia

I wish I could sleep more regularly and in a normal sleep pattern – somehow this has eluded me. I’ve stopped playing late-night SWG – as this doesn’t help the issue. Tried taking melatonin – I might be adding chamomile tea to my regular late-night regimen to get this whole sleep thing straightened out.

Get to look forward to the Alumni band the next three weekends – practice next Saturday, performance the Saturday after that, and the Woolybear parade the following Sunday.

The current episode of Lost I’m watching – and I’m still thinking this show jumped the shark a long time ago – is almost over and back to trying to sleep.
